I decided to forego starter sites in favor of small but revenue-generating ones. Start with a relevant aged/expired domain, fill out one cluster of topics, put them on Ezoic, and sell once they hit $50–$100/month. Or just keep them if they're especially promising ;)

Slower, but I see more upside. Should have an update in about a year...
